The cuisine is in the capable hands of chef Ezio De Fina who, after having worked for numerous Italian restaurants, has come to "Lorenzo III" to create new menus that follow the season's flow and the product availability. His creativity and work method have revised the local traditional cuisine without twisting it, keeping its foundations in land farming and in that harmony of colours, scents and flavours which allows the discovery of both new and old sensations. Everything is crowned by the high professionalism of our maitre d'hotel, Marco Zocchetti: his long experience in this field guarantees the flawless functioning of the restaurant, coordinating the waiters perfectly like a conductor with his orchestra.
